The camera isn't that relevant. Springbok must have a very steady hand to track the cars like that. The scenery is blurred (as are the wheels) so it must be around 1/125th or slower. But the cars have no motion blur. Well done springbok!

The third and fifth one in particular are excellent photos

If you can track the cars at 1/60th then I take my hat off to you. I can't even do it properly at 1/250th

Had a lot of wasted shots at 1/60th, but the golf above and this one were at 1/60th. I was chuffed when i saw these work as normally I can only get a shot at 1/125th or 1/250th.
Bob, I use shutter priority when doing this, I'll have a look at what sort of apertures i was using.

What I think is cool about the fifth one down is the way the rear wheels are spinning but the fronts are stationary

Saw a nice Ford Pop on A14 (i think) on Friday, don't get to see many Hot Rods on the roads any more. Love the '32 Coupe (IIRC?).

I have never seen a Hot road on the road, but living in Devon that isn't surprising I guess
I did however see a Subaru WRC on the way back Santa pod on the back of a low loader, It was Steve Furzelands who lives in plymouth.
