Meguairs 3 Stage Treatment
Did a test run on the missus car before i do the Scoob (which can be spotted by the eagle eyed amongst you) - now she doesn't have to do her make-up in the mirror whilst driving, she can do it by using the paintwork
There's a paint prep sort of stuff, followed by polish then Carnuba wax (preceded by a good wash and jetwash).
I'm not sure my car will come up as well, as the black has come out incredibly, but it's really good stuff, and should last a while too.

The 3 bottles cost me around £5 each from Oscotts.
Slightly better than Super Resin and Extra Gloss Protection I think.
It did take a while though, I jetwashed, washed, applied Paint treatment and wiped off, applied polished then buffed, then applied wax and waxed off - 3 hours in all.

I think Megs is the Don. I started using it about 4 months ago. The most impressive results were not on the impreza but on my 15 year old Golf Gti - it came up an absolute treat esp. after using the body scrub. and deep carnuba.
I havent got the hang of using the clay bar - you seem to have to use a lot of that detail spray to keep the clay moving. Do you break off a chunk at a time or roll it into one huge sausage?

Started using cleaner wax on mine and now use the stage 3 carnauba wax, its superb, best polish I have used in years. Reminds me of the days when I first started using Autoglym when it just arrived in the UK and wasn't available from Halfords et al. That was in the 1980's and I had to travel 30 miles to my nearest supplier! Similar story now, I have to go to Lincoln (Allwoods) or Newark (also Allwoods) for the full range, though Nancys in Chesterfield have a limited stock of the quick detailer and cleaner wax in a tub.

I started using the Maguires # step last summer and was amazed at how good it was. Using the first stage, under my floodlight I could not believe how it romoved the swirl marks. Used Autoglym for the last 20 years, you can buy what I have left if you want because I won't be using it again!!!

First time i've used it.
I didn't use the clay bar - each stage is a bottle of stuff to be applied and wiped/buffed off.
stage 1 - Paint Prep - smells a bit like thinners, but much thicker
stage 2 - Polish
Stage 3 - Carnuba wax, which is really good stuff and leaves no white residue
