Our New Car
My missus had to sell her 106 Gti to get something bigger and more sensible as our first baby is due in 5weeks.
So we got what we wanted for it, and last weekend picked up this as the replacement. 4 Doors and enough boot space for the pushchair (once the sub and amp are shifted )

It is indeed a FROD Focus!!!
Generally don't like fords, but I must say this is a pretty good looking one.
It's a 1.8 zetec, and as you can see isn't standard - £10k spent on modifying the engine, body and interior, which is leather
Those rims are 18" Oz Superlegaras in Anthracite.
It is absolutley immaculate throughout, runs perfectly, and handles very well.
It ain't a patch on my scooby in terms of sheer speed and power, but I hate to say it looks **** loads better.
Oh, and it has big-time Pimp tints to keep baby shaded.

I like the lower rear spoiler, in fact I like the whole car, the only thing I don't like is the rear number plate, which needs reducing.
Now if only my scoob looked as good, or the Focus had my scoobie's engine and chassis.

Always thought it was a bit of a rep-mobile, with some interesting lines, maybe with some potential. Just goes to show what a bit of hard work and imagination can do.

Thanks for all the positive comments
Went to pick it up from the garage today as the cambelt was being done. On arrival the Focus was surrounded by a group of admiring teenagers. Went ito the garage and was told they'd been admring it all day, all wantinga go in it!
Anyway, when we went back outside, the Scooby was getting the same attention - it's a wagon, but it aint so bad

Nice looking car, mate. Lose the rear spoiler thingy. It clutters-up what is otherwise a very tidy car. It's completely out of character with the rest of the styling, in my opinion.
