My MY99 with ETS Racing Foglight covers....
Here's my Scoob with ETS Racing's Foglight covers on....
I'm pretty happy with the result, considering I never spraypainted/canned before......
They're a bit of a sod to fit - I've ended up glue-gunning stop rubber stops onto the bottom bracket to ensure a tight fit......
Got the paint from Halfords - made up. Really good match actually
Tell me what you think
Just waiting for the paint to dry on the mesh for my 22B bonnet vents, and they'll be going on soon

yeh mate - waiting until the weekend for those
Still not entirely convinced about the bottom fixing. Might have to look at some other means of fixing it to the car (apart from velcro... )

Nice work Dan!
Make sure you get them fixed on properly somehow - Sidhead (Andy) had just finished doing his when we drove to Llandow circuit last year. One of them fell out and he ran over it...
Hope I can get as good a result when I re-spray the front end of the Nissan!
Seeya soon,
Squizz.

I secured my ets covers using genuine OE fog cover securing brackets from subaru. They were £5.49 each and theres no danger of them ever falling off.The OE screws for the covers were 75p each again from subaru.

Scooby-tc,
Have you got any part numbers?
My local dealer can order them, but need a part number (they've had difficulty finding the right bit)
CHeers,
Dan (in the meantime, I'm using a combination of verbal threats, and velcro )

Looking good Dan! Is yours deep blue mica? Only reason I ask is I got halfrauds to mix up a can for me. I sprayed my covers, then offered them up to the car to find that halfrauds interpretation of deep blue mica was obviously different to Subaru's
That's the main reason mine aren't fitted at the moment.
For everyone asking about genuine brackets, see this thread:

Dan, post again mate when you've fitted the 22b vents. Quite fancy seeing what these look like on a DBM.

Matt - Halfords did a bang-on job with the paint (52D DBM) looks virtually identical
I'm still unconvinced about the fixing - I've taken mine off for the time being (don't want to do a Sidhead!!)
I'll post up a request for a foglight cover & housing....
Gonna put the vents on this weekend (depending on the weather)
