My black mica has red flicks to

This is the first time ive seen gold flicks!

there is a mica black that was only on my93 paint code 952 mica black,which has more red than gold. but from 94 on, there is mica black, paint code 47A which seems to have more gold than red in it,

hmm, my 94 WRX was Black Mica, paint code 47A and it was red flecks only, no gold at all.
I think the 03 color is calle java pearl metalic or something, does look nice though.
The Catalunya (sp) special edition came in black and I have this odd feeling that might have had gold flecks in it, not sure though.
