I dont think the spoiler matches the rest of the car As suggested get a nice STI5, or if you want more subtle just a 98 -> UK Turbo one.
Love white scoobs!

There are plenty of things that need doing before you start messing about with dumpvalves and induction kits. What's the point of having it make silly noises if the engine's on the verge of blowing up? The standard dumpvalve and induction system are more than up to the job, and there's no necessity to replace either.
The first thing you should be doing is having the car thoroughly checked over/serviced by a good Subaru specialist to make sure there's nothing seriously wrong with it. Next up you should be looking for are a KnockLink, and either a ScoobyECU or a good supply of octane booster.

Depends which brand/type of booster you use, what sort of state of tune your engine is in, and to a lesser extent how flush you are. Unless your car's got a silly aftermarket chip in it, you're likely to find the law of diminishing returns with NF Race setting in at about 10ml booster per litre of Opti, so 500ml or so of booster in the tank first, then a 50 litre fillup.
The best way to determine how much you need is start from the guideline above (or the figures on the bottle if you use Millers etc.), and use the KnockLink as the proof of the pudding when you're pressing on. If you're still getting orange lights, put a bit more booster in next time round, or, conversely, if there's absolutely zero activity even when you're hauling on, you could try a little less booster on the next fillup.
For what they cost, a ScoobyECU would be a really good way of reducing your dependence on fuel additives. Might even get a bit of extra performance.
