Magnet

It was on an M plate making it a 95 Model. Done 150,000 miles when i sold it to a guy in northern Ireland. It had 1 clutch and 2 crank sensors on it. It was orginaly supplied by cross country cars at witney oxon.Apart from general stuff like brake pads etc that was it. It was full decat with Mongoose system all the way through and sounded bloody wonderfull.

Rusty.

For some unknown reason i cannot send pics via e mail to legacy register . Any ideas ??

Leggys sound slightly different to the Impreza, its that extra 2 inches or so of length

What were the symptons of crank sensor failure??

Crank sensor Failure = It wouldn,t start . Also had occasions when Idle went up and down but that was cured by Carb cleaner sprayed on MAF and left to dry. Theres no doubt about it in my mind that the legacy is a better built car then the Impi ( 03 series may be an different} but in straight line speed and some aspects of the handling there,s nor realy alot of difference in them between my 87/98Impi uk and my 95 leggy. My advice for what its worth, anyone who wants to get on the Subaru ladder of ownership carn,t go wrong with a leggy. Anyone got a Twin Turbo 4 sale ??
