those dials are loads better, I had a play in one at the scoobyclinic and I like the demo on start up when all the needles move about, then finally STI pops up last of all, well smart.
Has it got the road legal slicks on?? They looked smart as well.

Tyres are the square-shouldered, minimal tread Bridgestone Potenza RE070. I don't think they're available in the UK, but they should!

This is exactly the car I want.
I think I want.
Can't make up my mind.
Oh dear, MRSXRS might read this!

Did you go for the top of the range model?
GL I think it's called, reason I ask is because I was interested in buying a JDM from wickedkit.com and the salesman said you can always tell the top model because it has bbs alloys, privacy glass & HID headlamps.
Nice looking car

I think Mr. Fibble has the same as mine and it is the GL model. The BBS wheels were an optional extra (additional cost) as I enquired about them.
The privacy glass creates problems for passing the SVA in this country so when mine was ordered it was specified for normal glass. Seen as Mr. Fibble has the same it would appear this is normal practice now with imports or at least through Litchfield imports.
Damian.

I can't see how tinted windows on the rears would cause a problem for the SVA test. I can understand the HIDs not passing but that is another kettle of fish.
There must be a huge difference somewhere as Litchfields has them for £27k and Wickedkit with the bbs wheels for £23k this is a pic of the one I almost bought from them
Poxy insurance quotes stopped me

I was going to ask the same quesion as Darren.
Has it been wired into the O/S reversing light?
If you don't mind me asking where did you get it and how much?
Thanks
Nathan..

Daz/Nathan,
You're right: the fog light is wired into the OS reversing light
The car was sourced through Litchfield Imports for £26,495 (much better value than the STI Type UK IMHO, even if it doesn't match the above example for price)
Iain is a nice chap and I would strongly recommend a spin
in the Spec C (probably not quite typical) demo car! :-o
