New second car
#1
I got this a couple of months ago to replace a 16 year old Pug 1.9 Gti. I have been driving it when the wife let's me. It's very different from my WRX MY96. But it is quick once you've got it moving. The VTEC is very entertaining - certainly wakes them up when you overtake at 8500rpm. The Brembos are way better than the Subaru 4 pots. On the track I reckon it would give my WRX a run for its money.
On the road the mid range turbo boost from the Subaru makes it an easier car to drive quickly in traffic.

Charles,
If my eye do not deceive me that is one of my favourite bits of road, C o M road, in the background. Wife hates the bit North of the narrow bridge, I have managed without to much effort to get all 4 wheels of the road. Have not seen you about locally.
Baz.

Charles,
After thinking and re-reading you original post I have an idea who you are. Do you live opposite a footpath that joins your road to 2 others and is your WRX blue with an CLZ plate. If it is you, you may know my car as I`m in the same area, a black STi8 on prodrive 18" alloys.
