would the metal shielding get and retain heat ...adding to air a temp rise?
why not gauze off the entry on the underside of the scoop?

well tried it with and with out, cant tell any diff, got it from power engineering, and i asked em the same questions, they recon, shouldnt notice any diff, im gonna suck it n see, stop,s little birds gettin sucked through the fins, any way its, totally diff than sthe slanted type i had on, well worth doin, if you can get the mod done, bye
