I fitted my mudflaps a few months ago, and opinions were divided...

Well, today I was reversing onto a low kerb and as I neared it, the flap touched the kerb. Unbeknown to me, the tyre then squeezed up against the flap, trapping it against the kerb, next I heard a tearing noise.... ****! I thought.... kerbed!
But alas, I didn't kerb it, but the flap had been pulled off, so the other 3 promptly joined it. (in the regulation manner - screwdriver)
So I am flapless, and no doubt most of you will say its a good move.
What a waste of £85!

car looks better without them! allthough its taken a while to decide, very close decision.
also car with a pillar mounted ariel (pic without) looks better than rear quarter panel ariel (pic with)!
