Right, well the final mods done (honest ) so time for the before and afters! Already came with the R3's, leather interior and Scoobysport back box, but we did the rest
...had to show someone! (and no, I'm not getting a bigger spoiler )
If anyone's interested spec is:
Performance mods:
Full decat (Scoobysport rear, Magnex Centre and TSL downpipe)
Ramair filter
17" Radius R3's with Bridgestone SO3's
4-wheel alignment from Powerstation
Bumpsteer from Powerstation
Quickshift
Philips high performance bulbs
Godspeed 308mm disks, 4 pot calipers, braided hoses and 4.1 fluid
Styling mods:
Full colour-coding (by me )
Full black leather interior
Tinted indicators front and rear (by me )
Crystal Clear side repeaters
Lip spoiler (MRO Scooby styling)
Fog light covers (Derek Hicks)
MY99 Grill
Groovy mesh, made by me
Numberplates with a Scooby on
Momo Gear ****
Silver glittery badge (well, I am a girl )
Misc:
Excellent alarm and tracker (thanks to TECHNE, Basingstoke)
Alpine head unit + 6 disc changer
MBQuart speakers all 'round
Hantsscooby stickers and 2 Scooby co-drivers
Secur-fix tints, 35% sides and 22% rear (nice and subtle)
251bhp and 233lb/ft torque @ P.E. on the warmest cold day of the year! That'll do me before I get my Sti8 RA SpecC
...so that's it, all declared to the insurance co. (although they didn't care about the side repeaters )

Did it myself Depends if you want to keep your old one or not
Take the old badge off, then it's just a black paint on the back, you can use paint remover, or scrape it off like I did...then either get some glittery nail varnish (hehe! ) and paint it on, or use silver glitter with clear varnish which hardens when dry (which is what I did)...then stick it back on the car - simple
Actually looks alot better "in real life" as the sun makes it sparkle and you see all the colours..well, keeps me amused

@ Andy!
Thanks Crush Can always rely on you! Just waiting 'till I get to go to a "proper" rally, then I'll get Petter to sign one fog light cover and Phil Mills the other, then it truely *will* be finished

Jen is that a R-Reg cos my mate had one and we haven't seen him for ages and the last time we heard he traded it in and got a nice Escort Cossie but when you said it as leathers and looking at the radius wheels not that there is possibly hundreds of scoobys with the same mods just a thought.

My pleasure Jen. Canada is great, loving it! no scooby for me at the mo though too much to insure, due to silly laws i'm classed as though I'm 16 and thus my 11 years driving experience and 7 years of claim free motoring count for diddly squat, so an STi is a bit beyond my means However, I am saving pennies and might be able to get one next year! yay!

Hiya Gav - most certainly did notice a difference That's mainly because we went from two-pots (the brakes on our Corsa are better ) which were quite frankly the most scary thing to have on a Scoob and changed the disks, calipers, lines, fluid and pads at the same time Probably wouldn't go with the calipers if I was doing it again - I'd try to get hold of some Subaru 4 pots, but I can't fault the disks (appart from being a bit noisy, but that's what you get with grooved disks ) and hte fluid/lines are quite cool
It was a bit of a comprimise between the big brake kits which cost twice as much - if I was doing it again I'd probably save up for one of those having now driven a car with Brembo's But you can't beat it for the money

Like the alloys, I'd prefer some anthracite ones, but you can't have everything
