Bank Holiday and good weather - not a normal combination in the UK Good racing - Champ Cars were a little on the processional side - exactly the thing they weren't meant to be! - Largely down to the need to conserve fuel I think. Touring cars good as ever - Paul O'Neil was very good - unlucky not to win the first race. Also good racing from the Porsche's and Formula Renault. Not bad for £40.
A few pictures - got loads, these are some of the better ones:
GT3s
BTCC Race One
Exclusive spy photo of new Vauxhall. "We're very pleased with the styling, a real improvement on the Vectra" remarked a spokesman
New wing for the Scoob?
Champ Cars - Tracy leading
and then...
BTCC again
Paul O'Neil
Paul in cheesy grin mode
Doing the interviews
One for the VBH fans
and another with Paul O'Neil
Good day all round and lots of sunburnt faces

were you down towards Paddock bend?
we were opposite Darren Manning's pit garage
have to agree with you on the champ cars - more boring than the F1 processions of last year or so. Good on the BTCC though but what DID happen to Matt Neal at the start of race 2?!?!?!

Bugger - Didn't think you would have been there Tom. We're going to Thruxton in a couple of weeks, if you are down that way..

Hi Guys
I was there all weekend as well.
weather wise i think the sunday was awesome.
I saw a couple of scoobies in the Small carpark opposite the paddock entrance.
I parked my 95 red 5 door in there too if anybody spotted me....
I stood in the infield most of Monday, but milled round on the other day's
