Trying to demo scoob it up some pictures that I took in highest resolution and shrinking down to 640X320 but still says file is too big??????

 

I assume you have saved them as jpgs? if not, do so, and try putting the compression up a bit, if you check the file size there is no reason for it to bemore than 100k, and around 30k should be OK quality wise.

You will probably want to check if you have shrunk down the resolution, or just the size of the image.
