I think they look great.
I'm considering an upgrade to 18's in the future & undecided on gold or the originals. Originals will keep the "P1 Look" but its a lot to pay for the same wheel. If I get the gold then I still have the option of changing back to the originals.
18's are definately the way to go.

Thanks Jazz,
I agonised about this for months, same reasoning as you.
I still have the originals, will probably keep them for winter & poss. track day.
Interesting to see how these are to keep clean, they're only a few hours old as pictured!!

Tin, cheers matey! (btw you may not know but your pics started this! )
Ady555, well there you are! Suggestion, when you get yours give 'em good coat of wax polish before fitting, especially inside.
Supposed to help keep them clean & you don't get many opportunities to clean them from the back!
Speak soon,
Steve.

They are OK to keep clean, I used Wonder Wheels but it does corrode the silver Prodrive disc in the middle of the alloy. Are those 225 or 215 Steve?
PS: It is you from Dales run 5 isn't it?

alanjack ....they're 215's coz if we put 225's on with 4peeps in, might rub, they'll be peasy to keep clean, dunno what your excuse is tho .. oh,, and yeah it is us from DR5.
see you on the next meet.....

Be EXTREMELY careful near the kerb Mine have had loads of meetings with them, Oh, are they 35 or 40's? I am only asking because I need new tyres, and want 225/35/18.
There was another Terzo at the meet yesterday and he had 225/35/18 and he says they DO NOT rub! I suppose the difference between 35 and 40 makes all the difference
Thanks

no worries Steve, p1's with goldies look the best in my opinion..
225x35x18 should fit fine.. (had these on my p1, for over a year, without any rubbing)..
225x40x18's are recommended on MY01+ cars..

Thanks again guy's,
they still look good this mornin' despite the c**p weather, can't believe its so different from yesterday!
Prodriva, miniscoop does look dodgy at times but it's feedin' a Blitz induction kit very nicely as well as helping cool the turbo.
See what you mean though.
