Why don't you ring them up and ask them why they are using your intellectual property without permission or better yet get your solicitor to do it and get some of your council tax money back. If you took it and can prove it they need to withdraw the ad or pay you for it.

I know the guy who gave them the picture, so its not as blatant as it may seem. I wasn't asked about it going on a bleedin' bus though !
