I recently fitted a pair of Morette quad lights to my car. After about a week I decided that they didn`t look right. So, I fitted the sidelights into the Morettes (there is provision for doing this) and colour coded the original clear sidelights.
I think they look cool, what do you reckon ??
Cheers

I'm not so keen on the colour coded sidelights, mainly for the fact that they are colour coded sidelights and obviously so, if you smoothed out the gaps it could look sweet?!?! . Also, I'm not sure about that grill, it looses the natural line of the bonnet to grill.
On the other hand, Andy T, I think yours looks sweet
In fact, most scoobies look good with twin lights. The reason, I believe, is that there is little plastic and it's mainly lens - similar on pug 306s - which makes it good. When you have loads of plastic and little lights, such as old RSTs and such like, they look a little naff.
Horses for courses though, I like 'em on Scoobies

Hi Andy,
I saw you in Tolworth a while back and the car looked 'clean' with the side lights intact.
I don't like the look of the front end now.
Sorry to be blunt.
Andyp
ps I was on my motor bike when I saw you, Repsol CBR 6, if I see you again !

Scoop,
I got the side strips from Cheam Motors. Give Jim Childs a call on 020-8394 2263. Cost about £45 from memory.
Andy P,
No worries mate! You probably saw it, without the light conversion, the front spoiler and the tinted windows! (Cries of 'Boy Racer' from the audience, but I don't care!)
I like it and the lighting is much improved now, and I guess those are the most important things!!
At least you're being honest!!
I hope I moved over for you!! I normally do for bikes!!
Andy
PS - I personally think the lamp conversion looks odd on darker coloured cars! Looks good in silver though!!

Agree with Andy.
Want them on mine but think because of the sidelights, it looks cack.
Colourcoding the sidelights makes it look better, but still not too good.
Want to get an entire new moulding, ala STI HID conversion....

I suppose there would have been nothing stopping Morette doing a conversion that involved replacing the headlights and the sidelights with one moulding? Probably not much chance now the MY01 is out.
