I've just upgraded my 93WRX to this
97P, 50K, totally standard. Got 300 miles out of the last tank...
The list of mods to do is mind boggling!! It took me a good few months to finally sort it all out, but I'm now a very happy bunny.

Yep jimi, I'm up for a bit of a blast sometime.
I'm not joking. I'm running optimax and 50ml NF for every tank. Last one did 290 miles before I had to fill it up! I have made sure that the tripmeter is in miles as well I reckon its becasue there are no-mods whatsoever. no big pipes and induction, nothing. My last WRX would do 250-260, but that had full s/s and ITG. I haven't been ragging it around though. As soon as I'm happy with the oil and oil pump I'll open it up a bit more. I haven't taken it to the redline yet.... which is a 8000rpm

Indeed. I;ve had it a week now, and am worrying properly about the following:
Oil pump,
No3 Fuel rail
very whistly turbo
I may take a blank cheque and a trip to TSL....

Hi Dan B,
You just got the exact same model, spec, colour as mine.
I've got 90K miles on it without any problems. ( Ok a recent clutch and gearbox rebuild, but it has done a few miles)
Mine is totally standard, apart from a new set of 16's exactly the same as the standard ones except in Bronze.
I maily do motorway miles cruzing aroung the 80-85 mark and ALWAYS get over 300 miles per tank of SUL, no boosters.
You are in the Hertfordshire area if I remember correctly?

I actually keep mine dirty. Last time I cleaned it and had it all shiny it looked the nuts, but 1 hr later some pr1ck had booted it twice and nicely dented two of my doors.
Gets much less attention when dirty, and the bumps don't show up.
