Nice car, but I think some Max Power head has vandalised it with some right tacky stickers. A warm water/soapy solution should be good enough for removal, if not most car accessory shops offer a sticker removal liquid.

happy VTEC'ing.

Pity Clarkson slotted it into the uncool something you would see your granny in categorie recently.

Nice car but those stickers are becoming rather tacky. Why advertise all those comanies on the side of you're car?

Hmm, those wheels look suspiciously similar to the standard ones on my Civic, as do the brakes - I'm not sure AP or OZ logos are fully justified!

If you wanna buy this, it's for sale at £14Kish, and if you like I'll remove the stickers !

Oh and BTW, it sounds awesome with the New Exhaust on it, and (flame suit on) slays most Scoobys I've come across ! (flame suit off)

March 2002, Leather interior, factory tweeters, Aircon, 12500 miles, just serviced, as you can see, beautiful condition. Balance of 3 year warranty.

Many thanks for all the comments, good and bad ! Good job I'm thick skinned !!!!

Drive Safe,

Darrell

Wink

Hey Squizz

Thought you might have updated that pic by now !

and FYI the Scoobs I've had a go with, were all giving it some ! Don't underestimate the power of the CTR !!! I've owned both this, a Scoob, and countless other performance cars, and the CTR is the most fun I've had since the Renault 5 Turbo 2 (Mid engined).

It's in AutoTrader and Top Marques now for £14,250 if anyone's interested. I'm selling coz' I'm buying another house. Can anyone recommend a decent car for about £6-7K ? I'm toying with a Corrado at the mo !

TTFN,

Dazza

Dazza - I'll wait until I see what you get next

What about a great Legacy? As good as an Impreza, but cheaper to insure? I know of a low mileage one for sale if you're interested - I was going to buy it but redundancy is looming

Squizz - KNow what you mean, my long term contract is being terminated at the end of March ! Not sure what's round the corner yet ? I need to sell the CTR first, but I'll bear your info. in mind, thanks for that.

Cheers,

Dazza

All joking apart, how does this compare with the scoob as I am toying with the idea of buying one and have yet to test drive one. Is it in the same league? or just another hot hatch?

mhawes - The only way to find out is to test drive one. Make sure you try one with a few miles on the clock, and give it some. Past 6000 revs the engine just takes off ! It's pretty bl@@dy awesome in my opinion. Don't really wanna sell mine, but circumstances force it !

Cheers,

Dazza
