Cool

you're right, the wheels look great but the brakes look tiny. I thought the wheel pic was the rears until I noticed the clear indicator

I think I prefer the OE wheels myself, doesn't the bonnet look overly long and low without the scoop on it!!

DrEvil, loved the wheels when I saw them without tyres and sitting in boxes at TSL.

Look even better on the car!

Very nice indeed and finally a good set of tyres.

BTW I thought you were ill!

I like them cos they are similar to the OZ wheels I had on my WRX but more titanium in colour!

Dunk - yup, the old ones are up for sale mate - ad in For Sale.

Bugger Alex, you beat me to saying it! Very OZ SuperLeggra like, which is not a bad thing.

I think I might have to hand the title of blackbeast over to your wagon.

Paul,

These pics really don't do the colour of the wheels justice, they look much better than these pics on the car!

Thanks again mate,

Alex

Danny,

Cheers - a lot more than it looks like, the nuts sit deeper than they appear due to the shape of them.

ADP,

They were £115 + VAT a corner mate, Trouser did say he can do a better deal on the total cost if you buy them with tyres - as they can't discount the wheels but they can work on the price of the tyres potentially.

Hope this helps, Alex

Question

I probably could of done, as I used the OE locking nuts.. just decided to use the nuts that came with the alloys as they were lighter, well, a little...

BL - You can stick all the bits on you want (after DrEvil and I tell you what to get) and your car still won't be as good as the old-DrEvil-mobile. You see your car is missing and will always be missing one thing... a good driver!!

BTW BL leave MY bitch alone!

DrEvil thanks for the second picture it is always interesting to see my car before I went completely mental!

Firstly, big thanks to Trouser @ TSL for getting these out to me so quickly. Secondly big thanks to Guildford Tyre Co. Ltd (http://www.guildfordtyre.co.uk/) for the great deal on the GY GSD3 F1s.

With the combined weight (now each alloy is only 7kg per corner on a 17") saving from putting these alloys on and the new GY F1s, the handling is superb (of course the geo was TSL'd a couple of weeks back anyway)

And here are some pics of when it was clean before the wheels went on, these were taken at Trout Towers somewhere ooopp north!
