resize your photo so its no bigger than 100k in size and .jpg format only.
then go to
the turbosport uploader
Click on browse, find your pic and upload it.
The next page after uploading will contain some bulletin board code which you then paste into your post, the text to paste will look like this (with square brackets in place of round ones, had to do that to get it to display):-
(img)http://urlforyourpicatturbosport.jpg(/img)
paste the whole lot including square brackets etc into your post and thats it
Any problems uploading are usually due to incorrect size or incorrect file format.
