Ok,what am i doing wrong, first pic was resized to 91kb,second is w wee bit less,third is 6kb!!!,
camara is 3million pixel job and original is crystal clear,why are these so pixelated???

help!!!!

its not mine, unfortunately!!!
it was finished the week before i arrived,still to get the customary norwiegen lurid orange and white paint job! it was a lovely house with 4 bedrooms,sauna,jacuzi,huge livingroom with views over a fjord and all for £280/week.
norway is fantastic,with some brilliant roads,although the speed limmit is about 50mph max!!!


can anyone tell me what is going wrong with the pictures,the original was 660kb,so have brought them down to just under 100kb to upload them,why is everyone elses pin sharp???

It looks like you lost colour depth. That's why the picture looks so pixelated.

Try another graphics program if you can. Lots of free ones on the net

Looks like the compression is turned up extremely high on the JPEGs. Try resizing the orignal first to soemthing like 300x400 pixels then save with far less compression.
