How do I resize pictures for posting using Photoshop Home Edition?

Open file in pshop....
Go to image box at top of screen and then click image size..
re-size image to 25cm x 25cm or less and save..
Then go to file box at top of screen and click on save-as button..
choose save file as JPEG and enter, this will give you a choice of file quality for the save..
the lower the quality the lower the filesize, which you will see at the bottom of the box..
For example file quality 10 will be approx 125k and file quality 9 will be approx 92k etc etc
Then go to http://bbs.turbosport.co.uk/upload.php and upload the pic..
Turbosport will give you a code for your pic, highlight the code and copy, then paste the code into your post and hey presto..
