I dont know exactly how to do it as i dont run NIS, but you have to tell it to allow it to send the referer URL, thats how Turbosport works now.

To save reading the above thread you could just do the following

Open Norton Firewall
click OPTIONS
click ADVANCED OPTIONS
click WEB
click ADD SITE
enter UPLOAD.TURBOSPORT.CO.UK (No www.)
click OK
UPLOAD.TURBOSPORT.CO.UK will now be in the box on the left.
select the site
put a tick in the USE THESE RULES FOR box
select PERMIT in the drop down box under BROWSING PRIVACY
