STi5 Type R?

I've driven one of those. Absolutely amazing I reckon. Mine's a 4-door STi3. I want one like yours eventually.
Lucky git, your 1st one as well!

Be careful with the adjustable diff. I set it to rear-bias in the wet and got caught out. They bite!!!!

Yeah, I'll second that, had mine three weeks before it caught me out

Looks like I'm now going to have to drive round in an Elan SE as its the wife's turn to choose a replacement!

No worries kart man "who I bought it off" told me all about it. Don't forget I live in Milton Keynes - the land of the roundabouts so it will happen......

These Rs do bite so just wind the diff one notch in the wet and notice the difference

Will do mate - I'm thinking of going to that sideways driving course that was in last months evo - just so I can slide in safety.

BTW I had a 2wd 320bhp saph cossie and was waaaay bad for sideways stuff.

I'm gonna muck around with the dif eitherway..

Not being Biased because I own one, but I think that the R's are the best car for 'mixing it' upto 100mph. Perfect gearing for constant boost.

Only things I want to change on mine are the Rear sticker and the black glass.

Just noticed mate, youve got UK rear lights?
