What colors did the P1 come in? Of all the pictures I have seen, the blue looks the best. Amazing car. You are now my god.

I chose a blue one too. You're dead right though - blue is by far the best colour for a P1

Anyone who can be bothered to spend 2 hours on a Sat afternoon or Sunday morning could have theirs clean easily.
All you need is a green bottle of Jizer made by Deb a paint brush and a water spray bottle.
With the paint brush apply the degreaser wait 5 mins and with just the power of the handheld bottle spray thing whatever there called the sh4te just fly’s off. Do the engine in stages and worst way 2 hours it will look like new.
If only I had a before picture!!

Ya Na - whered did you get the Sti pedals, GGR? Did you fit them yourself and if so, is it an easy job (looks it from the screws)?

Just curious as I want to get myself a set but not sure what the install is like.

Pedals on in 20 mins no probs.
Tinsta where you in London, if your North of the River near me in NW7 then you can get it from the same place..... I don't think Halfords do it.

P1 is only available in blue!!

Ya Na, 1st P1 i've seen with STi rear lenses. Looks smart.
If I had one the 1st thing I'd do is the STi rear lenses.

Beauuuuudiful!

My thoughts exactly........ thought it spoilt the car in the showroom so I had them and front and side lights changed before I picked her up!!!

This is she on the day I picked her up last year.

Ya Na, where did you get the hoses from and where all 12 included in one kit or did you need to buy them seperatly or what?

Cheers

All the hoses were in the one kit. If there goin on a P1 then one of the intercooler hoses which goes on the part I changed for the Forge Dump Valve needs to be longer which was supplied free on request...£150 for the lot.

Call Wayne on 0116 244 0080 and say David with P1 gave you number and to speak to him personally.... he's sold me most of my mods and will look after you.

Looks good! Very, very clean. I do like the blue hoses, but think its a shame the P1 didn't come with a blue Inlet manifold!!!! kinda spoils the symmetry. I also have fitted the STI rear clusters to my P1 as I think it tidy's the back end up too.V Nice car!

Cool

I have been looking at the Samco sport website and come up with these numbers.

TCS143 66.78 GBP
TB770 199.00 GBP
TCS87/C 104.00 GBP

=12 hoses for MY00 GT

How an earth did you manage to get them for 150 GBP or am I missing the point somewhere

Look at 2-3 posts back in this thread and call Wayne on that number he will save u some money. I didn't get the turbo inlet pipe because they can kink and bend from all the heat from the inlet manifold. That part is 179.00 on its own and is not worth 1 penny.
