Gridlock Mikey, actually this gurl drove to the garage to pick it up in a Corsa A 1.2l SXi with a positively frightening 74bhp.
Traded the Corsa in on the Scooby so no more Corsa meets for me.
I'm well chuffed Just getting in it and starting the engine made me grin this morning.

Thanks velryba, it's great to be part of the family I'm loving my Scooby and everyone hear has been great so far, despite my not being able to talk about anything else
Respect for the whole cage thing - it sounds like an excellent idea to me.

Schweet motor mate, we love RB5's lots. I traded in my RB5 Prodrive for a P1 and still cant work out which is the better car. For a first timer this is a great one.
You have got to get the **** out, its the only way!!!
Enjoy

Thanks dave, I absolutely love it. Grin factor is massive even when just pootling to the supermarket.
As for getting the back out, I used to frequently slide my Corsa sideways but for some reason I'm not brave enough to do it in the Scoob yet.

getting braver

Hey SGD -
This is a car I looked at a about a month ago at Pangbourne yes?
I posted up a thread on the net trying to see if I could find its previous owner, but no joy. Nice car though I was quite taken with it - work just round the corner in Theale so Pangbourne are my local dealer - pretty good too.

ADP, it came from the dealership in Pangbourne so it's possible. It's number...erm...290. Previously owned by some bloke in Stoke-on-Trent if I recall correctly. Of course, there's no guarantee I recall correctly...

nice, I went for a bugeye in the end though, the economist in me won the battle, though the bad boy was fighting in the rb5 corner
