Have always been a big fan of the HKS / Blitz style exhausts, but felt that maybe us humble Brits could make something similar with a slightly nicer finish and a more realistic price tag.

These are made for us in Sunny Sheffield.. where they have half a clue about working Steel.. probably ..

To this we will add our tubular supports with "R" Clip retainers rather than the usual bits of bent wire on these type of boxes...

Just testing at the mo.. Hopefully ready in 2-3 weeks

Cheers

Paul

Speaking of "Trousers", I've got mine undone!

That looks awesome.

I want!

How much?

Is it going to be just the backbox or with a centre too?

Cheers

Cheers Guys

me plan is to make it standard OE Flange mount with a 2 5/8 th entry pipe so it will mate up to an OE centre or any reputable aftermarket centre such as our's or Scoobysport's etc. This way it will hopefuly fit 90% of everybodies car.

I am trying very hard to make @ £300 plus VAT without compromising on the quality at all. Hopefully even less.... We are jigging finally on thursday and I really want to make a nice looking braced and cross drilled bracket type affair. .. I know you don't see it.. but you'll know its there

PS... it's LOUD!!!!! ... Not very neighbour friendly.. Shame eh?

Cheers

Red face

Sorry Alex!

If you wanted to pop up one day mate.. I'll go up to the fabricators with you and get them to build one onto the car at no extra charge. We have the box made in Sheffield and then all the pipery and support type stuff is made just down the road by our long serving and suffering engineers ... so no big deal

The Body is 6" and the pipe is a titchy 5" slash cut affair ... ... ROOOOD!

If any of you are coming to that Jap car show on the 22nd/23rd in Notts it will deffo be on for then... and I will be croozing round upsetting animals and small children with it! . Come and have a look and listen. Of course after scaring a few animals.. we may find a few sleeping in it in the morning!!

Will post up as soon as it's done

Cheers

Paul

Top work Trouser, good to see something from the UK.

Would have one but I'm happy with my new Blitz Nur Spec R. Would love to know how, sound wise, it compares with the blitz, as it's LOUD with a captial LOUD

Any plans for a bung for it, to reduce noise levels for trackday people, or for those who only want it really loud on some occasions (like brighton car parks )
