Type R Impreza
http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/subaru/impreza-sti/rare-453bhp-forged-subaru-impreza-sti-type-r-6-speed-gearbox-simtek-ecu/2726782 Really tempted by this after seeing my deal for the White Type R fall through - opinions will be grateful. Thanks.

It's nice but not for that money. Plus I wouldn't have put the swirl pot so close to the rear crumple zone... Might be practical boot space wise but that part of the floor will fold in a rear shunt and fuel will spray everywhere.

Would rather buy this and spend £5000 modding it so I know what's in it and how it's been put together.

I asked about this one a couple of weeks ago mate - it's the dealers themselves do not have a very good rep. There is even a Facebook page dedicated to people who have had bad experiences with them. The seem to change their name at will. Here's my thread:

Another thread:
https://www.scoobynet.com/scoobynet-...ce-please.html
Here is the FB page:

Hope this helps - I was looking at this car myself and binned it from feedback on here and others

Thanks, mate. I'm looking for a nice Type R and with this being in close proximity to where i live it kind of ticked all the right boxes. However after the feedback (Mainly negative) I'll probably just swerve it altogether!
