So one of my sidelight bulbs has gone.....again.

It's time to replace it, and as they're a complete ballache to get to, I want to get some properly good white LED bulbs instead of the normal urine yellow.

Unfortunately, my last pair of white LEDs were "xenon white" and decided to be slightly blue and cause me to fail an MOT and have the urine yellow fitted in their place.

Does anyone know of any good bright white LED sidelight bulbs that will work well in the Blob's bizarre mounting angle and be actually white and not any other crazy colour?

I've seen a few interesting ones, but really don't know about these things so I'm hesitant

So I plumped for some SMD sidelihts from UltraLEDs, and picked up some Osram Nightbreaker H1 and HB3 for dip and main beam respectively.

Now, does anyone live near Basingstoke who wouldn't mind helping me change them? I'm the least technical person alive and getting the whole headlight unit out is not my idea of easy

Hello boss, how did you get on with this job?

I too want LED side lights in my blob front lamps, were the SMD ones from UltraLEDs proper white, and did they fit ok size wise? If so could you point me at the right ones?

What fitment are they anyway?
