No fuel & no spark

STI V5, replaced the loom, but have no fuel pump priming or running & no spark but car cranks fine. Swapped fuel pump relays for ones I know that work, fuses are all good as are crank & cam sensors. If I bridge the fuel pump relay, it will run - is there a common control wire which operates the fuel pump & the ignition coil feed for spark?

Was thinking an earth issue but continuity appears good throughout the car.
