Neon lights or 240v to 12v?

Need a Blue Neon light about 50cm to place inside a lightbox but the only ones iv seen are 12v for cars, is there any that are 240v?
if not how do you convert 240v to 12v?

im a product designer and iv just designed this. its a massaging table that folds into a massaging chair.
this is a scale model that iv made. its made to a scale of 1:3
