Default Fault codes help

Just been out and check engine light came on, stopped the car for a quick check got codes of 12, 22, 23 and 32 ?? will this have come on because i have washed the engine bay down or should i be more concerned. Also is it normal for a classic to have a blown fuse or bulb (tail light) every time the check engine light comes on. Any help would be great thanks
