Question

I'm sure I read somewhere that you can get silver bulbs for indicators that still light up orange. My brother wants to swap his indicators on his Caterham 7 for clear ones and use orange bulbs. I said that they may be some silver ones about that do the job and look better.

Any idea if they exist and where to find them?

Cheers

Philips SilverVision PY21W. Available from just about anywhere. Demon Tweeks stock them. Depending on the bulb socket you may have to file down one of the side studs (these are off-set) to get them to fit - they will stay in.

Pete,

At the risk of getting another reply 'Got 'em in stock..' Have you got 'em in stock for a MY01?

I'm going to bake me lights at the weekend and need the SilverVision lamps as I'm taking the horrid Orange Globey thing out at the sanme time as spraying the back bit 'Stealth Black'

http://www.scoobynet.co.uk/bbs/threa...threadid=99663

Are they easty to order off your website or do you want to mail me re price/delivery/payment?

Also anyone got a spare set of unwanted BugEyes in case I overcook 'em?

Hi Timbo

They are the same bulb in the 01 and yes we do have them.

I've also got some spare headlight units if yours end up well done instead of medium rare
