Default '94 import WRX passenger window help

Hey guys
So I have my first ever scooby and was told the passenger side window isn't working. There was a replacement ready to go on in the boot. Looked a bitch to do so I just connected the new one up to the old connector and that isn't working either. Found a fuse box down by the driver foot well but obviously its all in Japanese lol.. can anyone point me in the right direction of finding where the fuse goes for the electric windows so I can rule that out.
Cheers
