Definately not the most exciting thread ever i agree but i couldn't put up with the "noddy" horn anymore so i visited my local scrappy and removed the twin horns off a cavalier sri, they fit in exactly the same place as the scoob horns but sound 100% better and all for £4 as i am dead tight!30 mins work max
Flat 4x4 the cavalier was 1991,the horns are right down low on the nearside near to the front valance,i chose these horns because there are plenty of cavs in the scrapyards and because the sound is good. The horns on the scoob come off really easily, one is behind the grill which releases when you press down on the two clips that hold it to the slam panel there are round holes to poke your screwdriver down,it then lifts out. Then its simply a matter of unplugging connectors and pushing them onto the cav(or whatever)horns.I'm sure you knew where the horn was anyway, sorry,i'm no expert by any means but if i can help further then e-mail me,cheers paul.
