Default headlight bulbs keep blowing

dont know if anyone else has the same problem as me but my car keeps blowing bulbs! no matter what i fit they last about a month or 2!! at the moment i have bosch which were about £16 each and one has blown again!!even if i fit cheap ebay rubbish they last the same time!!
anyone had the same sort of problem or is my car possible having a power surge of some sort!! thinking of buying a hid kit but dont want to end up replacing bulbs!!
can anyone share some light on the matter if possible???

I had this problem went for hids and has been fine

Worth checking all your earths are clean etc

make sure the plug is a tight fit, poor connections can cause it.

Have you checked how much voltage the alternator is putting out.

Everything seems to be fine and all in working order think its just the car u know how these things are! Think I'm gonna sort out a HID kit in the next few days and see if it solves it

No a 4000 hid kit so not too bright uprated bulbs were still blowing tried most of what halfords had in stock over the past 2years and they have all blown!! I've prob spent the best part of £150 in bulbs so £75 for a hid kit with 2years warranty hopefully will solve the problem and will pay for themselves!!
