Default Blobeye new dipped bulbs

Got in the car to go to work this morning, headlights on & nearside blew
I found these & just wondered if anyone had any experience of them or could suggest an alternative?

Those are good, if expensive. You MIGHT get them cheaper elsewhere?

Also look at Osram Nightbreakers, Philips Vision Plus, (if still available), and Halfords Ultra Brilliance, 100% uprated. The latter are made by GE, so very good and are BOGOF at the moment. They would be my choice.
DO change both bulbs at once.

Cheers, I always replace both bulbs.
I found these which are much more of an agreeable price

The cheapest I can find the Phillips is £17.99 on ebay.

The Osrams look good.
Best I can find so far for output is Halfords, 120% uprated, that means a 55W bulb is giving 121W output.

Can't find a price for BOGOF though.

Ordered a set of the Osram.
Will report back on how good they are.
I couldn't argue with £14

Be ready for some scuffed knuckles, I used to use Osram Silverstar but got fed up with the changing of them and went HID, no issues or changes since. Suppose that will start the fight of using HID's and legality now !
