Default heater problem, hot hot

anybody had this challenge before. i have a 2002 wrx btw.
firstly the AC is not working
plus on the fan, as soon as i turn it one notch from cold, it gets so hot (just like ive turned it on full whack hot). on the coldest fan switch, it just blows coldish air

please help, cant take this heat lol

Wiley you will need re-gas your Aircon,similar we have before.
