What relays are located in the drivers footwell?

Driving today i heard a relay go nuts, my clock started flickering and the car started to missfire.

After about three seconds normal service was resumed though i swear the car smells awfully rich.

Any ideas?

fog lights/fuel pump/main relays sit on a bracket on the bulkhead above the accelerator pedal, and i think there are several others behind the dash!!

All sorted. The connections on the turbo timer the previous owner had fitted had come loose. Thus, cutting power occasionally from the battery which in turn shut the fuel pump off.
