My car is Uk MY00 trubo and the key fob has decided it won't let me turn my imob off.

I'v read that I can disable it witha pin code, my question is what code do I use and how?

I have a small square of paper with 3 digit code.
I also have a 4 digit code on the front of my user manual
and I have a 6 digit code on my metal subaru tag.

To enter the right code do I do it with the key in or out of the ignition, and if it has to be in, is it in the switched on or off position.

Also, do I just contact my local subaru dealer to get a new fob.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you got a 4 digit pin on a small sticker? To dissarm you just type in the 4 digit code it could be its been changed to the one written on your book,re the fob you can buy them on ebay and set them to your car yourself.

That would have been the original code if the one written down is different i would try that it could have been changed.
