Default loom help

hi i just fitted my coolant temp sensor on a 94wrx , the connection on the loom has broken leaving the 2 wires , 2 things
1. can i get just the connector or is it a whole engine loom
2. it started with the fans running , will it be ok to use for work as need it desperatly (cant get lift tomo ) and only 2 miles

Not a good idea to run it without that connected, it's telling the ecu the engine is either stone cold or red hot.

Can you not solder it up and heat-shrink it?

What does the connector LOOK like?
You MIGHT find one here:

Or ask at a breakers and they MIGHT cut you one off to solder in.

no mate the plastic housing of the loom side has broken away just leaving the spade connetions , tried for ages to connect them to no avail

couldnt see any mate,will have to get a loom from a breakers at the weekend i think cheers j
