WRX bugeye H/lights to Sti (UKDM) wiring loom problem.....
Hi....is there anyone out there who can direct me to a supplier (uk prefered) for an "adaptor headlight loom" that will allow me to replace the original bugeye wrx headlights to those of the Sti variant...non HDi....without having to cut and solder the original lighting loom.

If you can wire up a relay then it is quite easy. The WRX headlights use a H4 bulb so you have two live feeds, one for dipped and one for high beam both using the same earth reurn.
So you need two relays one to be operated on the dipped beam and one operated on high beam. You could use two relays per side or one relay for both dipped and one relay for both high beam. Relays are normally 20-30 amp so as high beam is 10 amps on 60watt bulbs then no issues there. Just use a 15 amp fuse from the battery to allow for when the bulbs are turned on.
