Default Fitting front indicators on classic

Hey

I've just received crystal side and front indicators for my classic my00.
I installed the side indicators flawlessly however I'm having a trouble fitting the front ones.

It seems it won't sit correctly on the bolt side even tho they look exactly the same as the originals.

Did anyone had any trouble with this? mine is made by Depo and not same Chinese rip off.

Thanks.

One of mine fit perfectly, the other one was loose at the non-bolt end. I wrapped several layers of tape around it and it's been in place for 8 years with no problem.

Had it from new, September 1998

recently rebuilt by Harvey smith with a 2.5 litre forged engine and bigger turbo/injectors plus an FMIC. Still running it in.

Looks different now, FMIC, mesh removed, gone back to standard air vents from the 22B ones I had.

looks bad in a good way

why do you prefer the original vents? I think the 22b are nicer.
