I've got Scoobysport Cibies on my STi4. It's about an hour or so to fit if you are semi-competent.
The results are good - it means you can actually drive your car fast down an unlit road at night !

BTW - you can't put the STI covers back over them 
Work involved is taking off blanking plates, bolt on lights and wire up.
The wire was supplied in the correct lengths - one to battery, one to high beam one to earth - pretty easy !
