Default second rad fan keep blowing fuse

i have change the fan with a new one and yet it keeps blowing the fuse i have them set so they both come on at the same time with my sim tec ecu it the fan nearest to the battery which i think is the air con one any idea as this is doign my nut in

Check the wiring.
The heat of the exhaust manifold could have melted the insulation, and that way corrosion or shorting between the wiring can occur.

And don't ask me how I know this

i dont think it there as the second fan i wirirng is by the bottom water pipe away from the headers but im going to get down there and look some when but i think its somthing much more of a pain in the **** to find

Let me just give a hint
Obscured view + a non-wrapped manifold = plasticy smell and fuses blowing.

i have ceramic coated headers but no plastic smell lol but im going to check it all just need to get it on the ramps
