Doubt about LEDs
I wanted a help for those who have changed all the interior lighting. He used the same LED Volt, mA and MCD to gauge cluster, lock control panel, HVAC, clock, cruise buttons fog?

Your post doesn't make a great deal of sense:
Why do you want help for others? Who is the "He" who has changed stuff for LEDs?
I sense that maybe English isn't your first language? If so, am I right in thinking that you are asking if the same LEDs will fit all the instrument and switch lighting on your car?
If you are, then as far as Voltage is concerned, yes, use the same. You WILL need different fittings though as the bulbs in the switches etc are different sizes. They would also produce less light, so your LEDs would need to be less MCD too. Be careful with instrument lights: LEDs are made to shine in a fairly tight beam, bulbs give out light in a wide arc. If you just put LEDs in place you can end up with very dim lighting.
TBH, you need to take out the bulbs you want to change and compare them to what is on offer..........

if you are changing you light for the led dont get the round topped led as that is jus a beam of light really, get the flat top leds as this give a light of, of near 180 degree's
Either that of file the tops of the rounded top leds, NOT TO MUCH to damage the internals though
