Default Power source for mobile phone cradle?

I'm installing a TomTom cradle for my iphone and am looking for a suitable power source to break into around the rear of the stereo h/u.

Can anyone advise of the best (easily accessible) source? I haven't removed the h/u yet so don't know what to expect back there.

I am not electrically trained and assume I'd be looking for a red and black feed to the h/u eg that i can break into using a splice??

Its easier tapping into the ciggie lighter wiring on an 07 car. Pull up the gear change surround and the lighter comes with it.

Many thanks Nick, I guess I'll have all that out anyway getting at the rear of the h/u to install the audio cable.
