Removing Blobeye Headlights

I want to change the bulbs in the headlights. I have removed the two bolts at the top, but the headlight still seems solidly mounted. Can anyone tell me where to find the other bolts ?

remove the grill and there is another bolt behind, on a white plastic bracket
