I have the chance to get a pair of HID jdm lights for my blobeye at a good price but damaged. I was thinking of transplanting the reflectors into my uk lights so that I can get a perfect HID retrofit. Presently I have a H1 kit in my stock reflectors I am happy with the results but thought this would be better, I would however have to get some conversion leads to fit my ballasts to the D2R bulbs, Would this be worth the hassle. I presume with the correct reflectors I would have no possible issues with the MOT as it should give a better pattern than my stock reflectors. I found a guide from an American site so at least I know they would fit ok.
